Job Purpose:
As the Operations Manager, you'll oversee daily operations, ensuring seamless logistics and maintenance. Your mission is to uphold quality standards and drive the team to success.
Key Responsibilities:
Ensure compliance with ISO 9001, 14001 & 45001 standards.
Oversee premises maintenance and security.
Manage health and safety regulations.
Handle insurances, policies, and procedures.
Optimize scheduling to meet targets.
Lead production, procurement, and planning.
Align operational decisions with business needs.
Maintain product management and delivery standards.
Foster warehouse and logistics team growth.
Negotiate the company's mobile phone contract.
Success Measures:
Maintain open communication for operational excellence.
Develop quality assurance protocols.
Smooth reaccreditation processes.
Boost efficiency of processes and procedures.
Keep activities on track and within budget.
Support and motivate the team.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Person Specification:
Travel easily to Essex and London locations.
Experience with ISO standards is essential.
IOSH and CSCS certifications are desirable.
Prior experience as an Operations Manager is preferred.
Thrive under pressure with a customer-focused mindset.
Strong relationship-building and collaboration skills.
