Operations Manager Contract Catering Coventry up to £55k per annum, car or mileage allowance plus benefits 52 weeks
My client is a multi sector contract catering company who are passionate about providing an exceptional catering service to their clients.
An opportunity has arisen for dedicated, fully flexible Operations Manager to oversee and manage contracts within the West Midlands area.
My client is looking for someone with previous Operations Management experience particularly within the Education sector or Retail. You will have a genuine passion for food and be up to date with current food trends. You will be confident training new starters and existing staff aswell as having previous experience of increasing sales in units. You will also be confident attending client meetings and potential clients.
You will also be involved in training staff and troubleshooting aswell as assisting with mobilisation of new contracts.
You will have effective communication skills and strong financial acumen. My client is looking for someone who is able to drive the business forward, hit the ground running and manage clients effectively. This role will involve early starts and some late finishes, so you must be fully flexible.
The successful candidate will come from a quality focused contract catering company and Operation/Area Management experience from with the Education sector or Retail catering.
My client is offering a salary of up to £55k circa, company car, laptop, phone and pension.
This is a 52 week position.
