Why not consider a move into complex clinical homecare?We’re looking for an exceptional healthcare leader to join our team as an Operations Manager, within our well established office in Wolverhampton. The role of Operations Manager is diverse and fast-paced and plays a crucial role in the operation's success. You’ll have experience of overseeing and delivering a healthcare service, be a strong manager of people and have a natural talent for leadership.You will have the opportunity to make a real difference in people's lives by managing a team of dedicated Offices Consultants and Clinical Nurse Specialists, who work closely together to safely implement personalised care packages for our service users.Key Duties and Responsibilities include:Managing the escalation of accidents, incidents, and complaintsRecruiting and retaining care staff to assist service users who require complex care packagesEstablishing and maintaining robust operational procedures in the office to ensure high-quality service deliveryMeeting budget goals and managing office-related costsOverall responsibility for the safe service delivery in line with CQC regulations and company policies and proceduresSupervising the introduction of new complex packages safelyParticipating in meetings and forums to assess service provisionTransitioning to the role of Registered Manager after a successful probation periodSo, if you’re highly motivated and organised, thrive on exceeding expectations and share our passion for delivering outstanding care, then we’d invite to apply for this exciting opportunity with us. Start and finish times will vary between 8 am and 5 pm, based on business needs and to support operational escalation. This is managed on a 2-week rota basis, with the Operations Manager and Deputy Manager working together to maintain consistent office hours.Candidates must possess a valid driving license and a vehicle, as travel to our service users' homes and network of offices will be necessary.We're offering a competitive salary between £42,000 to £48,000 per annum, plus a substantial quarterly bonus.
