This is an exciting time to be joining Pinnacle Cares and, due to service growth, a new opportunity has arisen to lead care delivery across our service.
We are looking for a dynamic and independent individual with care delivery or general management experience and a flexible, enthusiastic and positive attitude to join our team.
The Operations Manager leads our care staff to providing an exceptional quality of service to our customers.
You will implement resource planning to deliver business objectives developed in liaison with the Management Team. As a member of our Leadership Team, your will play a key role in contributing to our operational and strategic plans.
Your working pattern will mirror that our of care teams and, on a two-week rolling rota, you will have 3 days off one week and four days off the next.
