As Operations Manager you will be encouraged to build your own ‘Story of Service’, supporting the HOD’s in their daily and weekly tasks to ensure that the business operates smoothly. When the Senior Management team aren’t on site, you will also be expected to cover all Health and Safety procedures and fire safety/evacuation protocols. The role will enable you to take the next step in your hospitality management career, giving you the opportunity to not only learn from experienced senior management but it will also allow you to help guide the HOD’s in their own practise too.
