Operations Manager

Jonathan Lee Recruitment is helping a long-standing automotive company recruit an Operations Manager, and the role comes with an excellent salary up to GBP50,000 per annum and benefits package.The hiring manager is preferably looking for someone from the Defence, Automotive or Off-Highway industry and has experience with Engines.As an Operations Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operation of the production teams, ensuring goods are produced efficiently, effectively and to a consistently high quality.To give you an idea of how this flexible role would look and feel, here are some of the things you could expect to do: Generate production plans in support of internal and external stakeholder targetsManage site product core holdings and component stocks in line with business needs and objectivesBe responsible for the smooth running of the warranty functionAssume line management responsibility for the operations team, including production planningProvide clear and concise leadership and support to the Operations Management team.
