IntroductionYour role at a glanceWe are seeking an experienced and dynamic Operations Manager to support and guide our GBS UK client support teams. You’ll play a crucial role in achieving business targets, maintaining high service standards, and driving operational excellence.As an Operations Manager, you’ll collaborate with the Head of Operations and other key stakeholders to implement operational changes and oversee project work. How you'll make an impactWhat you’ll be doingProviding leadership and development support to client support teams.Managing client support teams for enhanced service, satisfaction, and retention.Assisting in operational change, projects, and business acquisitions.Cultivating a culture of customer service excellence within the teams.Support ISO Management Team in maintaining ISO9001/27001 certification.Liaising with internal and external stakeholders to meet business requirements.Driving efficiency through process improvements and Gallagher Centre of Excellence.Implementing QA checklists, ensure compliance, and maintain relevant intranet sections. About youWhat we’re looking for Good standard of general education, including proficiency in Maths and English.Desirable qualifications include - CII Certificate in Financial Planning/Services or CII Award in Financial Administration.General understanding of employee benefits products and solutions.Basic knowledge of Reward Consulting, Flexible Benefits, and Communications businesses.IT literate with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.Demonstrated expertise in operational service delivery management.Ability to train, coach, and develop team members.Strong communication and presentation skills.High accuracy and attention to detail.Ability to travel to various locations (Driving license/access to a car is preferable).
