We are seeking an Operations Manager to oversee project
timelines, manage resources, and ensure a positive experience for all participants. Day-to-day of the role:
Oversee project timelines to ensure efficient execution and alignment with organisational objectives.Allocate resources effectively to meet project requirements and manage budgets to optimise financial outcomes.Address and resolve issues promptly to ensure a positive experience for all participants and foster a supportive environment that encourages growth and learning.Maintain strong relationships with educational institutions, sponsors, and partners, collaborating to enhance program offerings and create meaningful experiences.Contribute to the planning and development of new educational programs, innovating and adapting to meet the evolving needs of our diverse student body. Required Skills & Qualifications:
Proven track record in project management, preferably within the education sector.Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritise effectively.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fostering collaboration and teamwork.A profound commitment to education and cultural exchange.Flexibility to work in different environments and willingness to travel as required.
