Reporting directly to the Managing Director, you will lead a team of professionals and ensure seamless coordination between various departments. If you are a dynamic leader with a proven track record in manufacturing management, we encourage you to apply.The RoleChampion a culture of health and safety, ensuring compliance with regulations and promoting a safe working environment.Oversee manufacturing orders using AX Dynamics MRP to ensure timely delivery and efficient assembly line operations.Utilise Lean Manufacturing principles to optimise production processes and minimise costs.Develop and implement training programmes to enhance employee skills and performance.Collaborate with educational institutions to recruit apprentices and support workforce development initiatives.Lead production meetings and actively participate in management meetings to drive continuous improvement.Manage team schedules, including overtime activities and wage reviews.Conduct disciplinary proceedings when necessary, maintaining fairness and adherence to company policies.The CandidateDemonstrated experience in implementing Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement programmes.Proven track record of driving change in a dynamic manufacturing environment.Previous experience in machine shop operations is preferred.Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.Strong background in production management, with a focus on meeting deadlines and quality standards.Proficient in personnel management practices and team leadership.If you are ready to take on a challenging yet rewarding role in manufacturing management, please submit your CV today.
