As an SME manufacturer of precision components for hi-tech industries, this is a company whose products are used in mission critical applications all over the world and are proud to boast ‘Made in Britain’.

Having a wealth of CNC milling and turning expertise, capability and capacity, they consistently ‘punch’ in their target markets and the post Covid bounce has seen exceptional growth. 2024 sees the start of a three-year growth plan and they are therefore looking to recruit an Operations Manager who can provide the structure, training and development to drive efficiency through that growth.

This role will be responsible for planning, production, manufacturing and production engineering, maintenance and facilities, quality, HSE and logistics

So if you’re a manufacturing, production or operations leader that knows how to drive efficiency in high volume, CNC/precision engineering production please get in touch.

To be considered for this role you must have precision engineering experience.
