This role will involve travelling across a range of sites including Norwich, Bedford, London, and Leicester. This role offers a range of excellent benefits and a salary of up to �38,000.

What's the Role?

The Operations Manager will oversee the delivery of the program, ensuring successful course delivery at various prison locations. This includes providing support to the recruitment team, managing a small team of prison-based tutors, and handling day-to-day operational tasks such as resource planning and managing provision to meet targets. The role entails acting as the primary liaison with prisons regarding staffing, rooms, and resources, while also fostering a culture of continuous improvement in education quality and learner experience. Additionally, the Manager will collaborate with the Employer Engagement team to facilitate employer involvement in courses, contribute to process development and adherence, and participate in curriculum review and development to ensure alignment with employer and learner needs. Covering tutor responsibilities when necessary is also part of the role.

What Skills Will You Have?

To succeed in this role, you ideally have teaching qualifications and demonstrate experience in operational management within an education or training setting. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential, alongside excellent organizational abilities, self-motivation, and flexibility.
