What you'll doYour key accountabilities will include
Spearheading the day-to-day operation of Travel Money across the full store estate, supporting any further roll out in line with future strategy
Leading the proactive engagement and communication plan for all operations within the business unit including our Travel Money Live event held each year
Working between the Retail and M&S Financial Services teams to ensure the customer journey is the best it can be
Liaising and working with development teams to deliver operational improvements
Supporting and launching new initiatives, working with key partners to ensure the customer and colleague are represented at each stage in the process
Who you areYour skills and experience will include
The ability to influence a number of internal and external partners
Strong communication, influencing, and mentoring skills
Strong IT literacy (including Powerpoint, Word, and Excel skills)
Being passionate about the customer and colleague, focusing on retail stores, keeping this at the heart of everything you do
Strong relationship management skills
