Job Title: Operations Manager

Location: East Midlands - Northampton

Salary: �50,000 per annum

Role Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Operations Manager to join our team. In this pivotal role, you will oversee the day-to-day operations, ensuring the delivery of high-quality security and facilities management services. You will be instrumental in driving operational efficiency, managing client relationships, and supporting the growth of our business.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage all operational activities across the business.

Develop and implement operational strategies to enhance service delivery and operational efficiency.

Lead, mentor, and develop a team of operations staff, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.

Ensure compliance with industry regulations, health and safety standards, and company policies.

Manage budgets, resources, and performance metrics to meet business objectives.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing their needs and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.

Identify opportunities for business growth and service enhancement.

Skills:

Proven experience in an operations management role, within the security sector.

Strong leadership and team management skills.

Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving skills.

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Proficient in using operational management software and tools.
