Operations Manager (Interior Design)

A wonderful opportunity has become available for a well experienced Operations Manager, with proven experience within an Interior Design or Architectural practice. A well recognised Interior Design studio that specialises within luxury, high-end interior design projects is expanding their team by bringing on board an Operations Manager.
This role will be leading, scheduling work plan strategies for the interior design team. As such, a highly motivated and organised individual with experience in all aspects of assisting running an interior design studio is required. This role requires the operations manager to work closely with the design leads to define operational strategies and track key performance indicators across the team. You will analyse processes, procedures and working strategies to identify and implement changes to increase productivity and overall performance. You will oversee finances, not limited to budgeting, invoicing, and financial reporting. With this in mind, you will work closely with accountants and financial advisors to maintain the financial health of the studio. When appropriate you will review team resources, and allocate against project timelines .
Within this role, you will require a background in professional consulting studio based or a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration/Management. Coming from an Interior Design/ Architectural background is essential to ensure you understand the working dynamic in the studio.
