The Boutique Operations Manager will manage the day to day running of the Heart of House, ensuring that effective support is put in place for the Boutique to run at its maximum productivity. The Boutique Operations Manager will make tactical and strategic decisions in support of carrying out the Company mission, providing the operational platform for their business to deliver the most beautiful experience to the client.The Boutique Operations Manager will report to the Boutique Director and will act under their supervision and that of the Deputy Manager in their absence.WHAT IMPACT YOU CAN CREATE AT CHANELOur Operations Managers are the connecting bridge between the Heart of House and the Front of House by:Having oversight and responsibility of the Heart of House Team – Stock, Aftersales, and Client Care – and all operational processes within the Boutique, you can support the boutique in delivering the goals of the brandExpertly utilising IT tools such as Y2, RFID, Workday, Microsoft Office, to manage all facets of our Boutique Operations ranging from stock to tills to managing grey market activity. Ensuring the smooth and efficient role out of any pilots and new apps and technology for the retail teams.Managing HR tools, processes and procedures ranging from rotas to new starter onboarding and payroll to contribute towards an outstanding employee experienceEnsuring the Boutique environment is flawless by being the point of contact and driver of resolutions of any maintenance issues in collaboration with CHANEL and Heathrow Maintenance Teams.
