Your key accountabilities will include
Lead the day-to-day operation of Financial Services (FS) across the store estate including regular FS reporting across service, compliance, and operations Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedure documentation and other supporting guidance and Learning & Development tools for colleagues Lead the proactive engagement and communication plan for all FS operations including our Connect Live event held twice each year Work between the Retail, M&S Connect, and M&S Bank teams to ensure the in-store customer acquisition journey is the best it can be for our customers Liaise and work with development teams in Retail, M&S Connect, and M&S Bank to deliver operational enhancements to improve store process efficiencies and deliver relevant regulatory compliance Who you are
Your skills and experience will include
Ability to influence a number of internal and external partners Managing and responding to ambiguous situations that may arise in the day-to-day operation Strong communication, influencing, and teamwork skills Laser focused on the customer and colleague, focusing on retail stores, keeping this at the heart of everything you do Strong partnership management skills Everyone's welcome
