Operations Manager - Automotive Bodyshop's -South East/ London region
£Negotiable DOE + Car Allowance + Bonus
(This role is field-based to cover our sites across the South East, a car allowance will be offered as well as a competitive salary and achievable, uncapped, time-saving bonus. )
As part of our Operational Leadership Team, you will deliver both the strategic objectives and day-to-day operational success of the sites. The role is to empower and enable the teams to drive performance, consistently achieve KPIs, and strive for continuous improvement.
Main Responsibilities:
To lead and oversee the day-to-day activities of the bodyshop sites within your region.
To deliver all site and regional KPIs to ensure financial results.
To ensure the business is equipped with the right people, skills, operating models, and resources to deliver financial and operational results.
To always deliver exceptional customer satisfaction, cycle times, key-to-key and colleague satisfaction levels.
To train, coach and support Site Managers and other key colleagues to deliver required results.
To monitor Site VDA performance, providing training, coaching and support where required.
Lead and/or support projects as required.
To optimise cost control and margin control across the region.
