Job Title: Finance Manager
Location: Leominster
Hybrid: Home / Head Office / Sites
Salary: £40,000 - £45,000 (DOE)
Hours of Work: 09:00 – 17:00
Type: Permanent
Start Date: 10th May.
We are looking for a versatile and motivated Finance Manager - Operations driven by a fast-paced culture. Not only working but also giving back as this is an award-winning social enterprise, registered charity and leading trust operating in 6 different counties with 23 facilities.
Salary circa £45 - £50,000 per annum, full time, hybrid working - mixture of home and head office / site working.
Due to the nature of the role, you will need to have been in a
senior financial level role for at least 1 year , and CIMA, ACA, ACCA, or CIPFA qualification is a must.
Desirable requirements:
Experience and knowledge of a range of fiscal systems.
Presentation, Communication, and shaping skills.
Knowledge and understanding of Charity SORP - a benefit.
A proven track record of robust analysis of business and financial information.
Fantastic forecasting, planning, and budgeting abilities.
Successful business planning and strategic financial management.
