Operations Facilities Manager

Fusion People are actively recruiting for a Operations/Facilities Manager to work on behalf of our trusted Defence client covering 2 sites in Wallingford and Abingdon, England.

About the role:

A world leading infrastructure management business is looking to recruit a highly experience Operations Facilities Manager to support the mobilization of a mobile maintenance service for the Reserve Forces and Cadet Association in the South East of England, which falls within the businesses wider Defence business. The c�10m p.a. account will service important mixed use assets in central and remote locations, including training facilities, reserve and recruitment centers and storage facilities, with services including contract management, helpdesk services, maintenance services, small works, building surveying, utilities management, sustainability management and other support activities.

Main duties

• Run the day to day operations of our clients newly formed Self Delivery team, supporting the supervising team with their queries and escalating matters to the relevant wider teams.
• Ensure we are completing the PPM, RM and CM jobs in line with KPI's.
• Hold weekly meetings with the teams to highlight any difficulties and talk through any problems they may have to identify solutions.

* Start date - ASAP

* Assignment duration - 3-6 Months

* Rate of pay/equivalent salary - �50,000-�55,000

* Hours of work - Monday-Friday: 8am - 5pm

There is scope for permanent employment at the end of this contract based on performance.
