Joos is a high growth start-up, currently at a pivotal stage in its journey - join us as we grow to become the global provider of smartphone charging!Overview - Entry LevelAs an operations executive, you’ll be responsible for the smooth running of our operations department, working directly with the Head of Operations and various members of the operations team. This involves a wide number of logistical tasks with colleagues from across the business, whilst also demanding you work alongside external stakeholders, suppliers, and venues to ensure the team meets its operational targets for installations and maintenance of the Joos phone charger network.ResponsibilitiesManaging the stockroom operations Hub, including the readying of products for deliveryDelivery of phone charging stations to various locationsCarrying out regular maintenance and replenishment of our locationsAdministering our CRM database accordinglyWorking alongside the product team to troubleshoot ongoing maintenance issuesRequired ExperienceDriving LicenceAt least 1 year experience in an operations roleExceptional communication and interpersonal skillsCritical thinking and problem solving skillsStrong attention to detail and organisational skillsExperience in technology and/or vinyl wrapping Competitive salary - £30,000 + performance-based bonusRegular Team EventsFree phone charging at all of the Joos stations across the UKGain invaluable experience at a rapidly growing start-upExcellent progression opportunities within the companyHours: Full TimeSalary: £30,000 (depending on experience)Please send your CV to
