We are seeking a talented Operations Executive to join our dynamic team at Drovo. As an Operations Executive, you will report directly to the Head of Acquisition and play a crucial role in our company. Your primary responsibility will be to find, onboard and schedule driver assets in the UK for advertising campaigns. You will work with fleet operators and owner drivers across multiple industries in doing so. You will be instrumental in managing driver lead generation, onboarding, and retention, while also overseeing outbound calls to ensure the successful execution of our advertising initiatives.Driver Acquisition: Use your exceptional communication and persuasion skills to engage with drivers, enticing them to join our platform and advertising campaigns. Effectively communicate the benefits of our services and address any concerns or objections they may have. Build strong relationships with drivers to foster ongoing collaboration and participation.Scheduling and Campaign Management: Efficiently schedule drivers and fleet operators for advertising placements, ensuring optimal utilisation of resources and timely campaign rollouts. Coordinate with drivers to secure their commitment and availability for the duration of each campaign. Continuously monitor and adjust schedules as needed to maximise advertising coverage.Lead Generation and Outreach: Proactively generate leads for potential drivers and fleets by conducting outbound calls and other targeted outreach efforts. Identify and approach drivers who are likely to be receptive to our advertising opportunities. Communicate the advantages of joining our campaigns and address any inquiries or objections they may have.Market Research and Trend Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to gain valuable insights into target markets, customer preferences, and industry trends related to black taxi advertising. Analyse findings to inform our strategies and adapt our messaging and materials accordingly. Collaborate closely with the Sales team to ensure alignment between marketing efforts and sales objectives.Effective Communication and Coordination: Facilitate seamless communication and coordination between the operations team, Sales team, and platform users. Ensure that all stakeholders are informed of campaign requirements, timelines, and updates. Maintain a proactive and organised approach to ensure smooth execution of advertising initiatives.What you will need Proven experience in a similar operational role, preferably within the advertising or transportation industry. Exceptional communication and persuasion skills, with a demonstrated ability to engage and convince others. Strong organisational and time management abilities, with the capacity to handle multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously. Proficient in conducting market research and analysing data to inform marketing strategies. Familiarity with the black taxi industry in the UK is highly desirable. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment, adapting quickly to changing circumstances. Proficiency in using CRM systems, scheduling tools, and other relevant software applications. Proficiency in Microsoft and Google tools including Excel & Sheets A passion for advertising and a keen eye for detail.
