Job DescriptionOversee daily operations in the Secretarial & Business Support department.Ensure high-level customer satisfaction through excellent service delivery.Develop and implement operational policies and guidelines.Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth business operations.Identify process improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity.Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions.Prepare operational reports and present findings to the management team.Train and mentor new team members. The Successful Applicant A successful Operations Executive should have:A degree in Business Management or relevant field.Proven experience in an Operations Executive role or similar.Excellent knowledge of operational procedures and policies.Strong leadership and team management skills.Exceptional customer service skills.Ability to resolve issues and handle complaints effectively.Excellent communication and presentation skills.
