Amida are currently working with a top 10 Main Contractor to appoint a new Operations Director for Q1, due to large increase in work winning tenders.
This contractor has an annual turnover in excess of £1billion, working across the commercial office, high-end residential, student accommodation and mixed-use sector.
This Operations Director will typically work across 2 to 3 different contracts, with several other projects in pre-construction.
The ideal candidate will be either at Operations Director level, or a Project Director that has delivered 2 to 3 schemes and now ready for the next step up.
