Operations Director / Head Of Operations - Concept Creation | Design | Build | Scale & Rollout - Backed By Niche London based Asset Management Company - Up to circa £120k++ / Candidate will ideally be based in the Manchester area or an easy commute into the city.

This is not the norm. We have a niche Asset Management group client that is looking to bring onboard a proven Head Of Operations / Operations Director from the restaurants sector to put together an exciting on trend restaurant concept - & then scale it. You will be involved right from the inception of the concept right thru the design & build process & then rolling the concept out, building the management teams & support function as the business scales.

The company already owns a number of spaces in prime locations - so there is no competing for the space on the open market via Agents.

Client will only consider an experienced & very entrepreneurial restaurant group Head Of Operations or Operations Director candidate with a proven track record of building successful businesses, someone who has an innate understanding of current trends & someone who has gone through the growing pains in previous roles.

Salary - up to circa £120k base plus bonus for experienced Operations Director / Head Of Operations candidates or £80k - £100k for a Senior Operations Manager / Regional Director looking for a step up into their first Operations Director role. The client would also consider someone at MD level within a smaller estate - the salary would be negotiable, so if you are currently earning more than £120k but feel the role would be a good fit then pls do apply.

This niche, successful & privately owned Asset Management group are very established & seeking someone who is commercially astute, a brilliant leader & someone who has the drive to get a venture of this nature flying high within 12 months.

This is an Operations Director role that isn't going to be for everyone. It's aimed at an Operations Director/ Head Of Operations that is growing tired of thankless corporate contingency and all of the daily tick box exercises and the paperwork that goes with it - or an Operations Director/ HOO who think their only two options are to either get a job in a more dynamic on trend environment within 12 months or set up on their own.
