Operations Director£45,000 - £48,000 paEast MidlandsInternational Hotel Brand4 Star Plus PropertyAdditional BenefitsOur client is a world renownedleading international Hotel brand, looking for an experienced Operations Director / Manager.The Ideal Candidate:Must have previous strong operationalmanagementexperience in a4 Star+ property.Experienceworking with and supportingHeadof Departments.Strong Food and Beverage background experiencePreviously focused on and maximised revenue, profitability, and quality.Able to constantlyevaluateoperationalperformance.Focus on Guest satisfaction and profitabilityThe Role:Monitor present and future trends, practicesandsystems in the food and beverage and hospitality industries to ensure that the food and beverage operations are competitive in the marketplace.Conduct weekly Health and Safety inspections of the Hotel, issue reports and drive adherence.Participates in the development of recognitionprogrammesfor staff, advertising, promotional programsandcampaigns to increase market awareness and penetrationRandomly inspects the hotel daily to ensure facilities and equipment are clean, well maintained, and replaced if necessary.Checks the food and beverage outlets' reservations lists, hotel arrival lists, Meeting and Event Orders, and VIPlistto ensure that team members are aware of guest's particular requirements and expectations.Is proficient in all Operational procedures to be a resource when needed.Control andanalysesdepartmental costs & wages costs on an ongoing basis, take action to control negative deviationMonitorshotelsrotas and allowances.Audits operational services and quality in line with Quality Operational Standards regularly and develops and implements corrective strategiesIf you areinterestedin joining a leading international Hotel brand renowned for its high level of guest service and satisfaction in aluxuryenvironment, we would love to discuss this opportunity further with you and look forward to your application / CV
