This premium hospitality business, made up of beautiful brands, serves amazing food and drinks and loves to delight its loyal and growing customer base. We are looking for an Operations Director who can lead on the next phase of growth through the leadership, coaching, and development of a high performing, engaged and energised team. This person will build a succession plan beneath them and will be the future MD of the business. The successful candidate will live, breathe and absolutely love hospitality. They will understand the levers to pull and steps required to deliver consistently strong financial performance, and with a high level of visibility and presence in venues, will lead the team with empathy and passion. As an individual they will be a natural influencer, with the ability to engage and inspire at all levels, with exceptional emotional intelligence who loves to be part of a driven and winning team. They will possess an eye for detail, and have unquestionable ambition and drive to deliver the best employee and customer experience possible, day in day out. This person will most likely be a relocator, so please only apply if you are open to relocation within the UK. Experience at Operations Director level within the premium hospitality space is also essential.
