What You'll Do:
Making an Impact:
Lead our PSR division in maximising efficiency and productivity through collaboration and process analysis.
Champion a team of experts to deliver operational tasks and exceed client expectations.
Establish operational policies and procedures to foster employee success and drive business growth.
Review current operations to identify areas for enhancement and development.
Uphold Brook Street's values while setting a positive example for the team.
Collaborate closely with our Talent Acquisition team to attract top talent.
Sharing Expertise:
Set strategic goals to enhance operational efficiency and productivity.
Collaborate with senior stakeholders on financial planning and long-term goals.
Empower team members to contribute to our overall delivery and culture.
Analyse operational processes and performance to recommend improvements.
Gaining Exposure:
Build networks within Brook Street and across other departments.
Drive internal transformation training programmes within the PSR division.
Collaborate with senior managers to establish performance goals and long-term plans.
Your Typical Day:
Develop, implement, and monitor day-to-day operations and processes. Utilise relationships with department heads, partners, and clients to make informed decisions. Plan, monitor, and analyse key metrics for efficient task completion. Stay informed with daily/monthly market intelligence to guide strategic decisions. Develop strategies for PSR contract growth and implement process improvements. Conduct regular calls with stakeholders and effectively manage the PSR team.
Success Measures:
Delivery of projects and generated GP per month.
Temporary solutions and GP generated.
Growth on PSR contracts and compliance accuracy.
Agility in delivery and effective crisis management.
Critical Experiences Required:
Proven track record as an Operations Director.
Exceptional organisational, communication, and leadership skills.
Knowledge of operational functions, with experience in volume recruitment.
Ability to plan and manage processes for maximum efficiency.
Strong understanding of industry regulations and legal guidelines.
Experience managing multiple locations and projects.
Ability to lead teams to success in a dynamic environment.
Proactive mindset and adaptability to change.
