OPERATIONS DIRECTOR - WEST YORKSHIRE WITH TRAVEL
SALARY: £70,000 negotiable DOE
Are you an experienced Operations Manager / Operations Director with experience within the Care Home sector both nursing and residential for Older Persons residential care? If so, I have the perfect opportunity for you! This is a newly created position with a reputable, well-established, non-corporate private healthcare provider.
You will be reporting directly into the Managing Director working across the portfolio of homes within the group in the North. Ideally, you will have experience in commissioning new services and supporting the existing homes in maximizing commercial performance.
You will require:
Experience at Operations level within the older persons care home environment
Strong Commercial / Business acumen
Knowledge of the new CQC Single Assessment Framework
Occupancy Management
Extensive experience of commissioning care homes
Full Driving Licence
Rewards Package:
£70,000, negotiable depending on experience plus benefits
Up to 33 Days Annual Leave allowance
