The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of strategic operational management and leadership within a dynamic environment. This role offers a
competitive salary of £75k+ with a discretionary bonus and other standard benefits. Day-to-day of the role:
Oversee the entire operations department, ensuring efficient and effective management of resources and processes.Develop and implement strategic plans to increase efficiency and effectiveness within the organisation.Lead, motivate, and support a large team within a time-sensitive and demanding environment.Ensure the development and implementation of cost-effective systems and efficient operations to meet current and future needs.Establish and maintain relevant controls and feedback systems to monitor the operation of the department.Work closely with senior management to set strategic objectives and track performance.Analyse current operational processes and performance, recommending solutions for improvement when necessary.Drive initiatives that contribute to long-term operational excellence. Required Skills & Qualifications:
Proven experience as an Operations Director or in a similar leadership role.Strong strategic and business acumen.Excellent leadership and organisational abilities.Outstanding communication and people skills.Knowledge of industry’s legal rules and guidelines.In-depth knowledge of diverse business functions and principles.Working knowledge of data analysis and performance/operation metrics.Familiarity with MS Office and various business software.
