Job DescriptionOperations Director – Social Housing – London - £90kOur client – Teachers Housing Association – is looking to recruit an Operations Director with broad and rounded experience of social housing, along with the ability to inspire and motivate a team and ensure the highest levels of service are provided to its residents.Founded in 1967, Teachers Housing Association’s mission is to provide local, affordable, good quality housing for key workers, especially people in education. They manage c.650 homes, including sheltered housing for older people nationwide and housing for teachers and others in need in the Greater London area.Whilst a relatively small housing provider, Teachers Housing Association faces the same breadth of challenges and opportunities as any larger housing association.
