you will own
performance and delivery, quality assurance
and provide strong leadership and direction to the teams which will result in maximisation of
productivity , exceeding client expectations and a fostered culture of excellence. This role entails regular travel between
two offices on the South Coast , and infrequent travel to the

Operations Director

senior leadership role , leading large teams * Proven experience of implementing strategic plans,
managing budgets

performance * Strong communication skills with the natural ability to
build rapport
