Operations Director Cronos Protection Limited

Cronos Protection Limited a leading provider of security and stewards to the event and manned guarding industry are recruiting an Operations Manager to work out of our Epsom office (this is not a remote working job).
This individual must have the following;
????Valid SIA DS licence
????Be highly motivated & driven,
????Have excellent communication skills,
????Proficient with computers including excel and willing to learn our all in one back office system,
????Customer service driven,
????Organised,
????Have a proven track record with Client Relations,
????A full UK Drivers Licence and access to their own car.
????Staff relations & retention skills,
????Conduct site visits with Contracts Manager,
????Have relevant experience working in the event industry, specifically as a supervisor or manager at festivals and large sporting events.
