Medical and Market Access Operations Coordinator | Maidenhead
Office-based
The successful candidate will provide administrative support across the organisation within the Medical and Market Access teams, with some business continuity responsibilities for the wider administration team.

Job Overview:
Providing general administrative support across the functions as required, including maintaining of record and databases, archiving, tracking of approved materials, reporting, and be main contact for maintaining functional content on the intranet.
Raising, tracking, and monitoring purchase orders for the primary stakeholder group.
Working collaboratively with fellow Administration team across wider business to provide administrative support as required to fulfil business needs.
Leading/collaborating with team on process improvements.
Supporting internal training to new starters as required
To be successful:
Strong comprehension skills for backend business systems and process driven objectives
Good spoken and written communication skills
IT literate and ability to be efficient in a Windows environment.
Customer service-oriented mindset
Prior experience in a similar role.
Excellent time management & organisational skills and ability to work on own initiative.
