OPERATIONS COORDINATOR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:Managing staff rotas to ensure consistent staffing levelsRecruiting staff alongside the Operations ManagerManaging the staff to ensure well-being and development within the teamEnsure the site operates correctly and keep required documentationBudgeting and planning for maintaining and improvement of the site and equipmentEnsure reviews and team meetings are recorded effectivelyConducting checks to the ensure the smooth running of the siteCoordinating a team of apprenticeships ensuring they complete relevant work for their courses and managing their workload THE PERSON:Experience within a Operations Coordinator, Project Coordinator, Site Manager, Site Supervisor, Site Coordinator, Site Administrator, Site Administration, Event Coordinator, Customer Service, Health and Safety Coordinator, Health and Safety Administrator backgroundExperience in the Adventure, Leisure or Tourism industryWorked in a customer facing environmentUnderstanding of health and safety regulationsAble to commute to Salisbury and able to work weekends on a rota basisConfident to work in a fast paced and varied environmentGet Recruited is acting as an Employment Agency in relation to this vacancy.
