Hours: 40 Hours (8am to 4:30pm Mon - Fri)

Day to day duties and responsibilities of the Operations Coordinator:






  • The day to day running of the Ipswich test facility, ensuring all documentation, and reporting within the department is kept up to date.

  • Attending meetings that may be necessary in the performance of your duties.

  • Complying with and upholding Company policies and procedures.

  • Undertaking any additional tasks as may be required from time to time.

  • All employees have a duty to co-operate with the employer under the Health and Safety at Work Act 1974, the Management of Health and Safety at Work Regulations 1999 and all other related regulations.

  • Update daily the Ipswich schedule.

  • Coordinate the boat lift, fuel tracker.

  • Check monthly invoices for approval.

  • Update the weekly Ipswich boats in stock.

  • Assist where necessary in the booking of dealer support travel.

  • Update digital copies of the PDI sheets.

  • Ensure the loading of boats before dispatch.

  • Assist in organising the Dealer support teams credit card.

  • Cover warranty when required.

  • Carry out the Ipswich daily/ weekly checks.

  • Archive old boat files.

  • Close out of boat files and close out of build packs

  • Assist where necessary in the PDI process.

  • Keep personal development folders and training Matrix up to date.

  • Ensure all Ipswich Safety systems are kept up to date.



Qualifications and requirements requested for the Operations Coordinator:




  • Previous experience in this role in the marine division.

  • Ability to demonstrate Fairline One Team Principles

  • Works to a high and organised fashion
