Operations Analyst - Global Equities Fund Manager

£40k - £50k DoE
1-2 years previous experience needed (Settlements, Reconciliations)
The Business:
Global Equities Fund Manager are a growing business. Working directly with the Head of Ops, this is a great opportunity to work in a collaborative environment with the ability to gain a broad workload.
Role & Responsibilities :
Aid in post trade processing
Reconciliations between Administrator, Counterparties and internal systems.
Issue identification and resolution around allocations / settlement problems / corporation actions incl. dividends, stock splits, etc.
Aid in GAV and NAV processes.
Subscriptions / redemptions monitoring.
Aid with investment and share class FX hedging.
Aid in preparation of exposure and financing cost reporting.
Support Compliance in preparation and filing of regulatory reports.
Worth towards the automation and streamlining of workflows.
Ongoing project work including the implementation of new systems.
Help identify and implement operational improvements.
Aid the investment team by providing attribution and exposure reports.
Help build out analytical reports to aid Investor Relations.
Aid in the preparation of external fund performance reports.
Background & Skills:
Growth mindset, able to fit into a high-performance organization.
Experience of working with settlement of equities and reconciliations a positive.
Accounting knowledge a positive.
Technical skills (Programming, Excel, SQL, etc) considered a positive but not required.
