role on behalf of a well-established Insurance Broker, based in London.This role presents an exciting opportunity for an analytical and methodical individual to join their Operations team, focusing on day-to-day broking operations.ResponsibilitiesProvide technical support to internal users seeking assistance with the broking platformConduct regular reviews of helpdesk processes, identifying opportunities for improvement in the broking platformMonitor the performance of the broking platform and proactively address any issues that may impact operational efficiencyMonitor new functionality being released by Acturis and identify associated risks/opportunitiesDevelop and conduct training sessions for end-users to promote effective utilisation of the broking platformAssist with the onboarding and support of new users following an acquisition’s migration onto ActurisExperience RequiredAn understanding of insurance products, industry regulations and operational processes in an insurance broking environmentProficient with the Acturis Broking PlatformA passion for technology, coupled with experience in a helpdesk or operational support roleLocation: LondonStart: ASAP
