Operations Analyst

Job DescriptionWe have an opportunity for an Operations Analyst to join a successful, growing organization.The role will be remote in the majority with bi-weekly meet-ups ideally sought.In this role, you will work closely with the business in several key areas. Performing data analysis to identify trends and opportunities for process optimization, process evaluation looking at inefficiencies and opportunities to reduce cost, risk management to mitigate risks and performance monitoring to ensure performance targets can be met. A background within no/ low code solutions is sought and an advocate and champion of the technology is sought - AirTable would be perfect but other are equally of interest.Key skills and experience sought:Proven background, interest in and advocate of no/ low code solutions - Airtable experience idealProven experience within an Operations Analyst role working closely with the business with good stakeholder and interpersonal skillsProven data analysis skills and experience Process evaluation skills and ability to identify inefficiencies and solutionsRisk management skills to be able to mitigate against e.g. regulatory risksPerformance monitoring to ensure targets and objectives can be metExcellent opportunity in a growth organization where contribution can be seen and recognised.
