Operations Adminstrator - Normanton
�23,000 - �25,000 Per annum

Our client is a leading Multi Utilities business and due to continued success they're in need of building their operations team with an Administrator.

What you will be doing:

Providing administrative and programming support to the operations department.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create documentation to be issued to site, including work instructions
  • Liaise with technical departments (gas, water and electric) and assist, where necessary
  • Communicate with personnel and customers to ensure delivery of schemes
  • Complete and issue whereabouts documents to relevant departments and external customers
  • Chase paperwork from clients and asset owners
  • Ensure systems are kept up to date
  • Complete and submit paperwork to relevant personnel
  • Perform general administration duties
  • Create and modify documents using Microsoft Office
  • Create and maintain weekly/monthly reports
  • Maintain hard copy and electronic filing system
  • Upload documentation to Aptus operational staff to enable them to work safely and correctly
  • Create road opening notice permits for works within the highway and public areas
  • Complete opening and closing permits
  • Programme works for Multi Utility Teams as per customer requests

  • Good experience and working knowledge of using Microsoft programs including Excel, Word and Outlook
