ResponsibilitiesArranging tax, MOT services, repairs, fuel logs, insurance, mileage, and trackers and logging this information onto the system.Placing orders and invoices, replenishing stock, and updating progress reports, budgets, and material logs onto a CIA system.General office administration such as Ordering stationary, answering calls and emails, and taking deliveries.Purchase invoicing for suppliers and subcontractors.Booking hotels for fitters and subcontractors.Support in the implementation of operational policies and procedures, ensuring compliance across the organisation.Coordinate with various departments to facilitate effective communication and collaboration.Manage and maintain accurate records, databases, and filing systems.Support in the implementation of health and safety policies and ensure adherence to regulatory guidelines.RequirementsIdeally has previous experience in an administrative or operations support role however full training can be given.Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.Strong Microsoft Excel skills.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Proficiency in using office software or CIA or sage.If you are interested in this opportunity contact Charlotte at Recra on 01164646336.About Recra ConsultingAt RECRA, we have a drive and passion to establish and build long lasting relationships.
