Job overviewWe have an exciting opportunity for a registered mental health professional (nursing, occupational therapy or social work) to join West Kent Early Intervention in Psychosis (EIP).As Operational Team Manager, you will work collaboratively as part of a dynamic leadership team and be accountable for teams' performance, operational delivery of safe and effective care in Early Intervention for Psychosis Services for those between 14 -65 years of age.Under the direction of the Service Manager you will operationally manage the service in line with National EIP guidelines. You will be based in the primary hub in Coxheath, Maidstone with a satellite hub in Highlands House, Tunbridge Wells. In this role you will be expected to travel between sites.In addition, the main duties of the role will include; process and change management, ensuring engagement of the full Multi-Disciplinary Team.You will manage a team of clinical staff & be responsible for supporting individuals to reach their potential & to ensure consistent delivery of high-quality care.The ideal applicant will have experience of working as a band 6 or band 7 practitioner in Mental Health Services. You'll be competent at managing a complex caseload & have a good understanding of the health & social needs. You'll also have supervisory & leadership experience.Main duties of the jobTo provide operational leadership and coordination of a multi-disciplinary team to ensure the delivery of effective, efficient and high-quality service for service users.
