b-spokes Deliveries Limited is actively seeking an experienced Operational Site Lead to manage a dynamic parcel distribution depot. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, collaborating with multiple clients, fostering teamwork, and maintaining a strong focus on data-driven decision-making.
We are looking for individuals with similar experiences and transferable expertise and you may be a Warehouse Manager, Depot Manager, Shift Manager, Distribution Center Manager ,Logistics Manager, Operations Manager, Site Leader, General Manager, or similar.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Operational Management:
Oversee and optimise daily operations at the parcel distribution depot, ensuring efficient and timely parcel processing, loading, and delivery.
Effectively manage resources, including personnel, equipment, and facilities, to meet operational demands.
Implement and monitor standard operating procedures to enhance overall operational efficiency.
Deliver and improve upon key operational metrics, performance indicators and service levels.
Communicate operational performance effectively, internally and to clients.
