Role Overview:
As the Operational Resilience Governance & Change Lead, you will manage governance processes, support executive reporting, and oversee changes impacting regulatory requirements. You will work closely with business partners to ensure governance processes are adhered to and documentation is meticulously maintained.
Key Responsibilities:
Governance Management:
Manage governance processes for UK and EU operational resilience frameworks.
Reporting:
Support governance reporting to executive committees, boards, and head office.
Governance Forums:
Operate governance forums, ensuring all materials are prepared and available.
Change Management:
Identify and assess changes that may impact regulatory requirements, acting as a triage role from a governance perspective.
Documentation:
Engage with business partners to update policies, frameworks, and procedures.
Stakeholder Engagement:
Interface with business partners to ensure adherence to governance processes and provide governance support for change projects impacting Important Business Services (IBS) or Critical/Important Functions (CIFs).
What We’re Looking For:
Governance Expertise:
Experience operating within governance structures and committees.
Technical Knowledge:
Detailed knowledge of UK Operational Resilience Policy Statements, EU DORA requirements, and change management methodologies.
Leadership Skills:
Ability to identify and resolve risks, manage projects effectively, and develop solutions to complex problems.
Communication & Stakeholder Management:
Strong interpersonal skills to build collaborative relationships and engage with senior stakeholders across the business.
