Operational Planning & Purchasing Co-ordinator
Salary : £27-30K depending on experience
Location : Clacton-on-Sea
Once settled in the role, there is the option to work hybrid - 3 days office/2 days home
Great opportunity to join an established engineering company who design and manufacture equipment for a variety of sectors. This position requires a team player with reasonable technical, engineering and commercial experience.
The Job:
To support the smooth operational running of the company, working closely with Sales, and specifically Sales Administrator to ensure on time delivery of orders received.
A key role co-ordinating all the internal operations of the company from order to despatch.
Key Responsibilities:
Stock management
working closely with Stores Controller
Supplier relations, purchase order administration and monitoring
Input into procurement strategy
Logistics control including despatch invoicing, courier booking and administration
Production planning and project management
Commercial document preparation
Import/export documentation and compliance
MRP system operation and building, BOMs and CRM integration
Web shop development
Key Skills:
Experience and familiarity with MRP and CRM systems
