New Openings Head Chef - Award winning pub, bar and restaurant group - London - Up to £50,000 + Bonus & Benefits
Our Openings Head Chef plays a pivotal role in the set up and success of our new openings. Working closely alongside the Head of Food and Operations Team, you will manage, oversee and support the set up and training of the BoH operations for our new openings, enabling them to deliver their magic.
Were all about fresh seasonal produce, daily specials, creativity and passion whilst running a profitable kitchen.

What's it all about:
Ideally, you will already have multi-site hospitality experience as an Area Chef / Openings Chef from another business.
Support the Operations Team with the maintaining and updating the back of house training structure and ensuring all training materials are up to date and relevant
Key BOH trouble-shooter ensuring food quality and training at site level. Using experience and expertise to coach sites to proactively solve problems.
Provide operational BOH solutions
Delivering a high level of support, guidance and training to ensure Urban Pubs and Bars standards and ethos are achieved
Primary areas of focus are food quality, company standards and fully trained motivated staff.

Requirements: To be successful in this role you'll need:

Experience of multi site management across a variety F&B operations
At least 10 years professional experience working in a kitchen.
Currently working at a minimum of Senior Sous Chef level
Experience of pub / restaurant openings, QSR and Full-Service experience.
Experience in menu engineering focusing on labour / cross utilisation / SKU management.
Ability to build credible relationships quickly in a kitchen environment to lead effective training and openings.
Have creative flair and problem solving capability.
An organised and systematic approach with lots of self motivation, initiative, and a strong work ethic.
Clear communication skills.
Approach your work with a commercial view and understanding.
