You will be responsible for all aspects of one of our well-established contracts to ensure that a high-quality consistent service is delivered to meet client requirements and expectations. This role will be responsible for delivering on the KPIs and SLA’s while working with the client to ensure smooth operation success.Support management of the P&L for the location.Management of the day to day running of the onsite hire and sales function.Management of the compliance levels of equipment for the Client base.Ensure timely resolution of customer loss, damage and call out charges in line with Speedy policies and customer KPI’s to minimise risk to revenue.Effectively manage the digital role centre and utilisation to ensure deliveries, collections and exchanges are actioned in a timely manner and that transport is consolidated where possibleLiaising with all parts of Speedy to ensure internal and external customer satisfaction is exceeded.Accuracy within all Speedy operating systems.Continuously developing knowledge of Speedy products and services, and utilising this to maximise revenue.To promote effective communication with the Customer, Speedy business and supplier chain.Following all company procedures and policies within the Company handbook.Provide full end to end support and deal with escalations and problems/queries.Deliver Customer Service Excellence ensuring the quality of customer care and service are of the highest standardManagement of Health & safety related to the onsite facility.What you’ll need:Full UK driving licence essential.Experience preferred within the hire industry.Experience preferred within the construction industry.Self-motivated and conscientious.Able to prioritise workload, work under pressure and strict deadlines.Flexibility to meet demand where appropriate.Can adapt to individual and operational change in a diverse and fast paced organisation.Knowledge of Microsoft office programmes is essential.What we offer:Life assurancePension Scheme95% discount across the Speedy brandOpportunities for training, development and career progressionVoluntary Health Cash PlanMy Staff Shop: discounts and offers for shopping etc. across many suppliersGreen Commute Initiative: Work scheme for cyclingVita – Employee Assistance Program (EAP): Offers free and confidential support and counselling to help you through matters such as wellbeing, divorce, legal, and financial managementSpeedy offer a Career Line of Sight which enables a detailed understanding of the route to progression and growth within the Speedy Group.Please be aware Speedy reserves the right to close our vacancies earlier than the listed date if we have received a high level of applications.
