JOB TITLE: Ecommerce Trading ManagerLOCATION: Moorgate, London (on-site 5 days per week)CONTRACT: Permanent, full-time (35 hours per week)PAY RATE: Starting at £40,000 p/aROLE OVERVIEW AND PURPOSEWe have an amazing opportunity to join our Apricot family in our Head Office!As Ecommerce Trading Manageryou willwork within the wider ecommerce teamduring this exciting time as we grow our online business. You will be responsible for the optimisation of our new Salesforce Commerce Cloud platform and heading up an exciting push into new international markets.What we desire from you Grow online sales
through maximising conversion, site traffic and ATV. Analyse and optimise
all online customer journeys and cross-device conversion. Investigate
& help resolve any issues affecting the interaction of the ERP &
BM. Continually
seek to prevent and remove any blockers to sale. Continually reviewplatform and product performance, recommending and implementing
optimisations such product recommendations and searchandising. Implement
bi-weekly homepage design updates across all online channels, in line with
marketing emails and sitewide operations. Report
and analyse weekly trade reports and implementweekly quick-wins. Analyse
and report on competitor activity, including offers and social media. Work
closely with third-party service providers to develop the platform Manage affiliates and paid
shopping campaigns through collaboratively working with third-party providers and in-house Marketing team Create,
develop and implement strategies to increase online sales in the UK and internationally How we imagine you Minimum of four years’ managing an ecommerce team. Intermediate to advanced user of the Salesforce ecommerce platform Experience
of email marketing platforms such as dot digital or bloomreach Intermediate to advanced user of MS Office suite, particularly Excel, Outlook and Word Intermediate to advanced user of Google Analytics or Adobe SiteCatalyst Positive attitude and ability to work
collaboratively Proactive
& driven to ensure the online business is maximised to its full
potential
A
solid understanding of or experience in womenswear retail is preferred.
Clear
and effective communicator, comfortable presenting to all levels within
the business Able to adhere to tight deadlines and able to react to evolving priorities The Desirables:
Demonstrable knowledge of payment gateways (eg: Barclaycard, PayPal, Clearpay) regarding
checks and issues Previous experience of working with with managers and support teams at logistical partners (eg: Collect+,
DPD, Royal Mail) Knowledge of CSS HTML is an advantage Previously workedwith affiliates, Google AdWords, and other digital marketing
channels Experience
of Fashion Master retail or other stock management platforms Experience
of the Awin, Ve (or similar) affiliate marketing platforms Working
knowledge of managing and working with 3rd party service
providers Working
knowledge of FTP services (FileZilla would be beneficial) Basic
knowledge of Adobe’s design suite; particularly Photoshop Experience
of Bing and Google Maps and Webmaster toolsets
