As well as developing their planning skills, you'll need to inspire and motivate our students plus give them the confidence to put their learning into practice in a real classroom.The courses are designed to give the students practical knowledge on how to plan an English class, focusing on communicative lesson planning, classroom management, and skills for teaching new language. At the end of each online course, students plan a 60-minute lesson based on a given scenario.Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:Being able to meet:A minimum number of markings per week taking approx. 20 hours per weekMeeting standardisation requirements to meet complianceBeing able to provide constructive feedbackHaving good written communication skillsThe successful applicant will be asked to attend a briefing session online.Contracts given are subject to satisfactory references. Assessors are employed as freelancers and are required to make their own tax arrangements on a no-obligation contract.Fee's will be discussed at interviewWhat we are looking for in you:Minimum 3 years of teaching experience (TEFL)DELTA qualified or equivalentThe ability to motivateA strong commitment to customer serviceA passion for inspiring our students to achieve their dreams!Expert user of English and strong language awarenessFamiliarity with the communicative approach and PPP approach
