Equal Education Partners are currently recruiting dedicated teachers of

who really care about making a difference in the lives of children and young people. This principle is at the core of everything our client does and needs to be the main driver for anyone joining the organisation. If this is you, please read on!
Our client has undergone significant transformation in recent years, and they are committed more than ever to provide high-quality learning experiences for their students. The number not accessing mainstream education is rapidly increasing as is the demand for our client's online provision as a result. Working in partnership with schools, LAs and non-mainstream settings, they will deliver more lessons to more students than ever next year and an increase in lesson delivery will come with an increase in teachers on a permanent, temporary, and cover (full- and part-time) basis.
What sets our client's team apart is the culture and values that unite them. They seek professionals who prioritise student success, embody a dedication to teaching and learning excellence, and wholeheartedly embrace the spirit of teamwork.
