Employer: Stylish, high trend womenswear brandA great opportunity has arisen for a online customer service advisor to work for a trend led womenswear brand based in Debden Essex, you will be working in their head office.Some responsibilities include online customer support, answering questions via their multichannel platform, including email, WhatsApp, and live chat. This role will also involve dealing with customer enquiries by telephone and social media. Ensuring social media is monitored while on shift. Covering the online personal shopping function via live chat. Opening investigations with external partners to resolve customer enquiries.The candidate will have prior experience in customer service, have an eye for style and be able to offer styling advice to customers, must be flexible around working hours / shifts, you'll be a problem solver and have a proactive approach to supporting customers.
